Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase and we hope you leave with that perfect “something” that makes you really happy! In the event your unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. We offer a 7-day return policy excepting the following:
intimates; custom orders; furniture; Lane boots; adult-only products; purchases under $20.
We do not accept returns on any item that has been worn or that is not in new, sellable condition. Tags must be in tact. Returns are at the sole discretion of Full of Chic staff. Exceptions can occasionally be made with owner permission. In some instances, and at the discretion of Full of Chic Staff, store credit may be offered as an alternative when a cash refund is not available. No refunds are offered after 7-days. Online purchases require a return approval. Please email info@fullofchicboutique.com within 24 hours of receipt and in the email description include “online return”. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, except where the item returned is defective. In those instances, Full of Chic will provide a pre-paid return label. Buyer understands these terms and agrees hereto.
